Serena and Brandon joyfully invite you to celebrate their wedding weekend in Carmel, California, September 19–20, 2025.

Welcome Gathering

Friday, September 19th | 7pm – 9pm
Location TBD

Join us for a relaxed evening as we kick off the weekend with our favorite people.

Coastal cocktail or casual attire is welcome. The gathering will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces—layers are encouraged as Carmel evenings can get chilly.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby. But, we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance if you plan to dine before the event.

Ceremony

Saturday, September 20th | 3pm
The Santa Lucia Preserve

Being in nature is a meaningful part of our relationship, and we couldn’t imagine a more fitting place to begin our marriage than
being surrounded by it.

We’ll exchange vows in a secluded part of the Santa Lucia Preserve. As you make your way to the ceremony site, you’ll pass sweeping views of the Santa Lucia Mountains–keep an eye out for wildlife along the way!

This particular place brings us a deep sense of gratitude and connection, and we’re so excited to share it with you.

Please note: Transportation will be provided, as the Preserve is private and guest vehicles are not permitted. See details below in FAQ below.

Celebration

Saturday, September 20th | 5pm – 10pm
Folktale Winery and Vineyards

Let’s get this party started! Following the ceremony, join us for a cocktail hour, dinner under the stars and a night FULL of dancing at the foothills of the Santa Lucia Mountains.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Transportation is provided and required for all wedding day events (September 20th).

Shuttles will pick guests up at 1:45pm and leave at 2pm SHARP from Carmel Plaza – Junipero Street and Ocean Avenue (around the corner from the men’s khaki’s store). Google map link here.

  • California Chic Formal

Polished, playful, and a little unexpected—elegant with a relaxed, West Coast feel.

Ladies: Maxi or floor-length dresses in silky, flowy, ruffled, patterned or romantic styles. Bring a wrap—Carmel cools down at night!

Gents: Suits or jackets in colors beyond black (think olive, linen, slate, and more). Ties optional, personality encouraged. ;)

Shoes: Outdoor and dance-floor friendly recommended.

Bottom line: Wear that outfit you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to debut!

  • We love your little ones, however, due to many factors we respectfully request to have our wedding be an adult only event. We understand as parents this is another element of planning, so we truly appreciate you making prior arrangements.

  • All invitations are addressed to our guests by name. Your invitation will indicate whether a plus one has been included. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify!

  • There are no formal plans for Sunday, but Brandon and Serena will be in town probably recovering with a pastry, coffee and a stroll to the beach. We will share our plans and recommendations for must-do things in Carmel for those that plan to stick around and explore a bit more!

  • Carmel experiences an extended Summer into September. Days are typically sunny, with highs in the mid-60s to low 70s°F. Mornings and evenings can be cool and crisp, sometimes dipping into the 50s, especially near the coast or under the trees.

We recommend packing some layers (a light jacket or wrap for the evening), comfortable shoes for walking the streets and natural terrain, and sunglasses for daytime events.

Will we see you there?
